The Maywood Academy boys volleyball team had a game against MaCES, taking the win on April 18, with a 3-1 set score.

The team has a record of 5 wins and 3 losses, and this is the second time they beat MaCES this season.

They had won their previous match before facing MaCES . Meanwhile, MaCES were 1-6 and were on a 5 game losing streak.

Confidence has been key.

“I’m very confident because we’ve beat them before and only gotten better,” Bernardo Munoz, the captain of the varsity team said heading into the game.
