On April 19, 2023, Maywood Academy’s boy volleyball team had their last home game against MaCES celebrating senior night. Maywood and MACES both had five seniors so the home team gave them a smaller gift.

The boys from Maywood’s team who were seniors are Luis Almanzar, Raul Martinez, Andy Ramos, Abraham Erazo, and Leonardo Hernandez. The posters and baskets were made by the team manager, with some help from the juniors, freshman, and sophomore.

Before the varsity game the seniors were called out and given a basket with a poster that had their name, number, and position as a way to remember.

The ending results of the game: Maywood Academy losing 3-0.
